Group Class Schedule


Join the flock at Raven Fitness for one of our challenging, balancing, relaxing and FUN group classes! All classes are currently Open Level (beginners & frequent flyers welcome) and taught with optional progressions.

While drop-ins are accepted, we highly recommend registering for class online, as classes may fill up - or be cancelled without notice.

Private & Semi Private Sessions

AntiGravity® Private Session

Enjoy a full hour of one-on-one instruction in the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. Learn the apparatus and reap the benefits of a practice tailored to your pace and experience level. Choose your class style - FUNdamentals, Yoga, Suspension Fitness, or customize a program with your instructor in advance to suit your specific needs. $65 per hour.

AntiGravity® Semi-private Session

All of the customized instruction & personal attention you enjoy in our AntiGravity® Private session, shared with up to 2 of your friends. 3 attendees maximum. $105 per hour, total.



A customized 1-hour class for you and your friends and/or colleagues!  13 participants, max.  $300
