RAVEN FITNESS CONTINUES TO EVOLVE!

 

Renovation of the upstairs space is scheduled to begin in February 2018!

NEW ADVANCED CLASSES!
Frequent flyers can now experience faster paced classes with less demo and more -& perhaps more challenging!- poses and sequences:

ADVANCED AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga (Sundays at 2pm)
ADVANCED AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness (Thursdays at 6pm)

Minimum 5 class prerequisite for both styles.  Knowledge of the Harrison Hammock and basic understanding of grips, wraps & traps required.  ClassPass spaces limited.


AntiGravity® FOR GOOD (Tuesdays at 12noon) continues to grow and your support is greatly appreciated!  With all of the recent tragic events and so many worthy causes, you'll help those in need as you enjoy a sampler class of movements and inversions.  Sign up as usual (via WeAreRavenFit.com, Mindbody or ClassPass) and 100% of the proceeds from this class will benefit a specific charity, which changes monthly.  January 2018 donation will go to the ACLU.
 

NEW INSTRUCTORS ON BOARD!

__Level 1 certified AG instructor Hadar Aviram now teaches AntiGravity® FOR GOOD (Tuesdays at 12noon, details above), bringing her passion for the method, cool style, beautiful articulation, and kind energy to the Raven community!

__Lucya Koroleva leads AntiGravity® Happy Hour (Fridays at 5:30pm) to help you decompress at the end of your long week.  Also a Level 1 certified AG instructor, Lucya is a true renaissance woman - music, design, coding, fitness....she does it all with a sweet spirit!

 

TEACHER TRAINING IS BACK!
Interested in joining the Raven Fitness team, teaching others to fly, or simply expanding your knowledge of the AntiGravity® methodology?  Get ready for AntiGravity® Teacher Training, returning to Raven in early spring 2018 (early March timeframe).  More details to come as we seek to add more rock stars to help the Bay Area open up space in the body and the mind!
